We have an EXCHANGE ONLY policy. Orders that are already placed can NOT be canceled or refunded whether it’s shipped or not due to processing. If you’re looking to exchange your item, we're here to help! We offer exchanges, NO RETURNS, within 7 days of the time the item was delivered. You are fully responsible for shipping costs. We can send you a return label and an invoice to pay for the shipping at a discounted price or you can go to Post Office and return on your own. You can exchange your product for a different product, or receive a store credit. Please indicate which item, color and size you would like to receive and if you want a discounted return label. Send in an email to us at customersupport@dreamerzkid.com. If you chose to receive a printable label, we will email you an invoice to pay the return shipping fee and email you the label after it's paid. Print label and take to the post office. Thank You!
Please note the following exceptions to our exchange policy.
Below are some examples of common exceptions:
- ON SALE ITEMS: ALL SALES FINAL
- Returned items must be returned in original product packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use at all! (Failure to comply will result in loss of product and no return because we will not send the item back unless you pay for postage to get it back)
