Exchange Only Policy
We have an exchange only policy. If you’re looking to exchange your item, we're here to help! We offer exchanges within 7 days of the time the item was delivered. You are fully responsible for shipping costs. You can exchange your product for a different product, or receive a store credit.
Please note the following exceptions to our exchange policy.
Below are some examples of common exceptions:
• Discounted items are final and cannot be exchanged.
• Returned items must be returned in original product packaging.
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use at all! (Failure to comply will result in loss of product and no return because we will not send the item back unless you pay for postage to get it back)
